The selected time refers to the start of the visit, not to the access to the Nasrid Palaces. You may start your visit at the Generalife, the Alcazaba, or the Palace of Charles V. Tickets for children under 5 years old do not include an audio guide. When collecting your audio guide device, you must leave a deposit of 50 euros as a guarantee. This deposit will be refunded once you return the device, provided it is in perfect condition. IMPORTANT: We recommend arriving at the meeting point approximately 30 minutes before your visit, EXCEPT if your visit is at 8:30, in which case we recommend arriving about 10 minutes earlier. If you book the waiting list option: Choosing this option means you will be placed on a waiting list in case of cancellations or last-minute ticket availability. Our confirmation rate is 96%. The maximum confirmation time is up to 8 hours before your visit. If your ticket is not confirmed, the payment will be released and you will receive a full refund.
