Cancellation Policy:

• From the moment the reservation request is made, it cannot be changed or canceled. You will not receive any refund.
• According to the provisions of the Resolution of January 16, 2020, of the Board of Trustees of the Alhambra and Generalife, by which it is agreed to publish the Regulations for Visits, Marketing and Other Public Uses of the Monumental Complex of the Alhambra and Generalife and its attached assets, it is communicated that the tickets purchased are non-refundable, except in the following cases:

In no case will the amount of the management commission that has been established in the ticket sales and management system be refunded.
