• Access to the Nasrid Palaces must be done at the time expressly indicated at the ticket.
• It is essential to include in your reservation the name and surname, identification card or passport, age and nationality of all visitors, including children.
• If you arrive late you can not make the tour and you do not have the right to a refund.

• It is essential to arrive at the meeting point (Paseo de la Sabika 32, next to Hotel Guadalupe) 15 minutes in advance to ensure proper group organization.
• Before making the payment, please reconfirm that the information provided (name, surname, ID number, language, etc.) is correct, as incorrect data will result in denied entry to the monument.It is mandatory to bring a valid passport or ID card, as it may be required at some access points of the monument.
• The route for wheelchair users does not include certain areas of the monument.
• The Palace of Charles V may be closed on certain days due to organizational reasons of the Alhambra Trust or for events such as the International Festival of Music and Dance. In such cases, visitors will be offered the option to visit it free of charge during the daytime tour.
• The tour requires a minimum group of 6 participants to take place. If the minimum number is not reached, you will be given an audio guide app and the difference will be refunded. Don’t forget to bring a mobile device and headphones to use it.

• If you book the waiting list option: By choosing this option, you will be placed on a waiting list in case of cancellations or last-minute ticket availability for the Alhambra. Our confirmation rate is 96%.The maximum confirmation period is 8 hours before your scheduled visit time. If your entry is not confirmed, the payment will be released, and you will receive a full refund. The entry time to the Nasrid Palaces (if you choose this option) will be confirmed by email once availability is secured. Please note that the visiting hours are:From 15/10 to 31/03: 8:30 AM – 5:00 PMFrom 01/04 to 14/10: 8:30 AM – 7:00 PM. You may withdraw from the waiting list by sending an email to [email protected], provided you have not yet received confirmation of your tickets. 
• The guide will provide your tickets at the meeting point, just before the guided tour begins.
