All visits in this combined activity take place on the same day you choose when booking. You may enter the Alhambra complex during the monument’s general opening hours, and you must access the Nasrid Palaces within the time slot specified on your ticket.

• Alhambra complex: 8:30–18:00 (winter) and 8:30–20:00 (summer)
• Nasrid Palaces: 16:00–17:00 (reserved access with a fixed time slot)

Visit to the Alhambra

• Before paying, confirm that your details (name, ID/DNI, language…) are correct; otherwise you will not be allowed to enter.
• A valid passport or national ID is required at all entrances.
• Children need a ticket and must be included in the booking; however, children under 5 do not include an audio guide.
• We recommend arriving 30 minutes before your selected time.
• A €50 deposit is required to collect the audio guide; it is refundable upon return in good condition.
• The wheelchair route does not reach all areas.
• Only tickets available for the selected date and time are shown; included accesses are detailed during booking.
• Depending on the date and high demand, only access without the Nasrid Palaces may be available; we recommend booking in advance.

Panoramic Tour of Granada

• The bus follows a fixed route; you may only get on and off at the designated stops and together with the guide.
• Not all stops are accessible for people with reduced mobility.
• Pets are not permitted.
• A minimum of 10 participants is required for the activity to take place.
• The route may be modified due to operational management or force majeure.
• The tour is conducted in the selected language, subject to availability; in such cases it will be delivered simultaneously in Spanish and English.
